Step 1: How to Apply

Submit the duly filled in form with a cheque of INR 10,000/-as the initial amount and two post- dated cheques of the balance amount (equally divided), dated June 1st and September 1st to be payable in favour of Jain Public School Vijayapura.

Note: Application fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Step 3: Required Documents

Post admission confirmation, below mentioned documents should be submitted within the given date to the school authority

  • Birth Certificate from the Municipal Corporation / Civic Authorities
  • A copy of the latest progress report certified by the school in which the student last studied ( if applicable )
  • 2 individual passport size colour photographs of the students and the parents to be enclosed
  • Transfer Certificate / Migration Certificate (if applicable)
  • Wellness record duly signed by the physician
